Add a teaspoon (approx. 5 g) of Chia seeds to water and let them soak for 10-15 minutes; the corresponding amount of liquid is 9-10 times higher. The daily intake is not more than 15 g/day. Whole chia seeds can be added to salads, sandwiches, soups, seed mixes, to the cereal you eat in the morning with milk or can be consumed with yogurt.
