In accordance with LAW No. 105 of 13-03-2003 on consumer protection, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalties in case of detection of non-conformities.
Denunciation and return procedure:
The return is made by announcing in advance the intention to return by a written or verbal notification in one of the 3 ways:
– at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
– at the telephone number 079148504
– by post / courier or any other mode of transport at bd. Dacia 58/12, for Hill & Valley SRL
The notification must also contain the following:
– customer name, email address (if applicable) and order number
– the name and number of pieces for the products to be returned
– date of delivery of the products
– reason for return
The transport costs will be paid in full by you, and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the full receipt of the return package, the amount will be refunded.
If the return is due to an error on our part (the wrong product was sent, or the product is damaged) we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs. Otherwise, the costs of packaging, handling, and – if applicable – transport will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
